Reverse engineering & 3D printing

Parts from the past.
Rebuilt for the future.

We recreate obsolete and hard-to-source components for classic cars, restoration projects and specialist applications—from physical reference to manufacturing-ready CAD.

01 / The service

When the original no longer exists, we create a new source of truth.

A worn, broken or borrowed component can contain everything needed to begin. We assess the geometry and use case, rebuild it accurately in 3D CAD, produce drawings, then help select an appropriate prototype or manufacturing route.

02 / Process

Sample to solution.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review the part, failure, intended use, available references and critical requirements.

  2. 02

    Capture

Measure or scan the original and record interfaces, tolerances and material clues.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

Create a clean parametric CAD model and resolve damage, wear or missing geometry.

  4. 04

    Prototype

Produce a test piece to review fit, form and function before final manufacture.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Supply the agreed part, manufacturing files and drawings with a clear revision record.

03 / Good candidates

Designed for the difficult-to-find.

Knobs, clips and covers

Brackets and mounting pieces

Low-volume restoration parts

Patterns, jigs and prototypes
